Order Processing

  • We take 24–48 hours to process your order, depending on product availability and payment confirmation.

  • Once you place an order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Make sure all details are correct before checking out.

  • All orders are shipped from Jodhpur, Rajasthan (India).

Product Availability

Sometimes an item may go out of stock even after your order is placed.
If that happens, we’ll cancel that item and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
