The product you’re returning must be in its original condition. This means the item should be unused, unworn, and unwashed with all the original tags, labels, and packaging intact. We cannot accept items for exchange that show signs of wear or damage.
Exchanges can only be processed if the product or size you wish to receive is available in stock at the time of your request. If the desired item is not available, we will notify you and explore alternative options.
2.2. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request has been approved you will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost. If the product passes our inspection and meets the criteria for an exchange, we will ship out the new item to you. Please note: the replacement product will only be dispatched after we have confirmed that the returned item is in satisfactory condition.

You must report any issues within 3 days of receiving your item. Please check your purchase as soon as it arrives and let us know if there are any problems.

please allow 24-48 hours for order processing depending on product availability and payment verification. once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Double-check all details before completing checkout. Noreply does not ship on major holidays and all orders ship from Jodhpur, Rajasthan (IND).

Due to demand some items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In such cases a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For refunds to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

All international orders are shipped via dhl express/ups. Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 24-48 hour order processing period.
